So today 3/11/17 I walk in with a 10 gallon fish tank that I bought from Woof Meow and I bring it back because it had a crack on the bottom. I go to the register and I explain that I came home the night before walked in my room and there was water all over my bed, all on my rug and 2 of my fish died that I had for a year because the water was as low as your finger nail and I also explained that my filter was broken because there was no water going through it for a long peroid of time. You would think the manager would at least say sorry that theres 10 gallons of water all over my room and everything. But nope she just kept walking away from me and just told the employees to get me a new tank and just kept walking away from me like as if I was lying and she didnt wanna help me. I also asked if I would have my pebals back from the cracked tank or something and I figure she would just give me new pebals because of the insident and nope she came back with it in a plastic bag thats leaking water. No refund, no money back, just a new tank and a bad attitude. So ill tell you to not shop there because if anything happens to the product that you buy whether if its a pet or a tank or anything they will just take it and exchange it for a new one and will not give you good costumer service. I promise you that.

Ive had a horrible time with picking new animal friends in the past; all of my budgies are fearful or aggressive towards people and my hamster was.. a jerk, pretty much. As such, when it came time to pick out a new friend that I knew would be my friend and enjoy my company, I would be taking no chances and instead, would go somewhere where they hand-raise birds to be as friendly and tame as possible. I ended up with the pretty lady in the attached photo. Shes sweet as a cupcake and though shes still too young to come home, Ive been visiting her every weekend and every time I see her, she warms up all the more to me. Id recommend Woof Meow to any bird-lovers that are sick of ending up with flighty, passive birds that want nothing to do with you. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and I love every visit.

My daughter, mother, and myself ABSOLUTELY LOVE Woofmeow! We go at least once a week if not 2 or 3 times and the staff is above and beyond helpful they are more like family! Kyle is no longer there but he was my 6 yr olds first "boyfriend" and he was so good about it and was NOT rude or dismissive towards her. Angelina is phenomenal as well, shes always willing to help, constantly has a smile on her face, shes great with ALL of the animals and phenomenal at multitasking! Thank you Woofmeow for coming to Derry! P.S. my daughter would like a job there in ten years, please hire her because by then we will probably have a million animals!

A good semi non-chain pet store! Sure, they have a few locations, but the feel is more of a local type of place. Prices vary from pretty good to ok, so know what you consider a fair price to be, but like many specialist stores, you pay a bit of a premium for some items. That being said, it is great to spend time, looking at items, exploring and discovering new items to try for your pet. The bird area is great, as us the "dog biscuits bakery". A reasonable place to visit, especially if you have kids with you for some fun!

They have a huge selection of food and toys for my dogs and cats. I get the frozen raw food from there and my dogs love it. They are also very helpful if I have questions and they give my dogs love when we go. Other things I like are that it is always clean and well-lit. It is super convenient to get in and out. I dont have an aquarium, lizards or birds, but I fell like if I wanted those things, theyd be able to steer me in the right direction and have everything I would need.

This is an awesome place to pick up all your pet care needs! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. It is a little pricey, but they have items you couldnt find elsewhere. The only "dislike" I have is they sell live animals (small furry). There are already so many of these darlings waiting to be adopted, it is unnecessary.

The Woof Meow pet store is a great store if youre interested in purchasing anything involving animals, you can easily get anything youre looking for at the store. It is a very nice store, all the employees are friendly and they even have a piano for social interaction. An untuned piano but still playable, this isnt a piano review.

Very earthy and homey like. Their wildlife sections host a koi pond and there are places with large palm trees. Definitely a fresh look. Decent prices for cat food, but prices for things like cat sand a little more expensive. Still, they had cat food that my cats actually licked their bowls clean for, so Im happy.

Supplies for cats, dogs, birds and fish. Great birdhouses, but because they are not a big box store, they tend to be pricey. Also, the rewards program is not specifically designed for your pet. I get discounts for dogs and I dont have one in my family. I think they could work on personalizing their rewards program.

Its fun to explore with kids as this location is huge and there is a big fish pond with Koi, a lot of amphibians, a special bird room and sometimes bunnies and other animals. Huge selection and they even have an on-site bakery for dogs...so cute!

Great staff. And a very good selection of Dog,Cat, and BIRD supplies. They are one of the few that have a selection of exotic birds. However they do not offer nail and beak services. Still have to drive to MSPCA Boston for that.

LOVE this place! I have been shopping here and boarding my birds since it opened. A Huge Thank You and Shout Out To Big Matt my Bird Man. You are Amazi g with my birds when we are away. I wouldnt leave them any other place. ❤❤❤

Got an excellent cat tower that my cat can climb and jump off without damaging. Tall enough for him to be satisfied but not so tall as to endanger. Great selection of toys too. Staff was really helpful. Reasonable prices

Great store with way more then meets the eye. Bird room with tons of different types of birds as well as the bird toys! Isles upon isles of the newest bird toys and cages. They also have all the top dog and cat foods.

Dont eat here. The food is AWFUL. The waiters will not bring you what you ordered, and constantly yell at you that they are not in the food service industry. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Stopped here to shop because I was in a pinch. Staff seemed uninterested in customer service, stuff was way overpriced and supplies unavailable. This place is just a Petco with a different sign.

We just adopted a beautiful two year old dog and he refused to eat his food. They suggested that I try him on a specific dog food and sure enough Cooper ate everything in his bowl!
