I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I received at the Petco location on Quaker Lane in Warwick, RI. I was paying with a gift card and for some reason the card wouldnt work so the manager had to get on the phone with customer service. Unfortunately it took a long time for the card situation to be resolved, but the service provided while I was waiting was incredible! All of the staff members were so friendly, they discounted my purchase for having to wait so long, and gave me dog treats to take home. I was not expecting any of this so I want to be sure they get the shout-out they deserve. Thank you!

Weve brought our dogs here twice because we recently moved and are waiting on a groomer. Both times weve had to take them to the vet afterwards. The first time they both got ear infections after no history of them in the past. The second time one got scabs on his ears because they trimmed them too close. Not only was the haircut over priced and unfulfilled but the vet bills are outrageous too. Sure would be nice if petco would help with those.

Their grooming is really nice. They have handled my goldendoodle since he was a pup. Obviously take their time trimming his ridiculously curly hair. Very understanding with schedules.

First time in. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the stuff. The staff was helpful. We are looking to get our first dog and they had a puppy list. Awesome.

This store sucks never anybody in there to help you 15 min in the fish departement before I had to hunt down the cashier I hate petco
