I just got my dog back from this butcher. First of all Alyssa the groomer was so rude. God forbid we received a deal of 25% off because our pet was rescheduled. The whole rolling eyes bit and just overall attitude was just not welcoming at all. It could be 100% off and we will never be back if Alyssa is the groomer. Our dog looked like it was shaved by a drunk blind man. IT Was So Uneven And She Missed So much. His ears are way to short. Definitely not layer properly. He doesnt look professionaly done at all. Maybe this girl was a fill in for a real groomer. I have no idea. But if she is behind the scissors looks out for your pet.....

Brought my Pug for grooming and nails....when I picked him up girl says "we couldnt cut his nails because he resisted too much"...so when I get him home we notice his right front nail is bleeding and pointing upwards.... so we take him to Vet and they have to pull out his nail, Very traumatizing, especially for a 13 year old dog..... I called Petsmart spoke to manager and he said bring Vet receipt and he would take care of it.....he never did.....my Pug passed away about 4 weeks later due to a stroke from , as the Vet said, a possible traumatic event... Avoid this place like the plague! !!.

The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. I just bought a cat tree for my Two Kitties and had a silly question on pricing and one of the girls was so helpful and stayed with me through all of the questions. Its people like her that make me keep going back to the same store. I live nowhere near the North Attleboro store but Ill travel because of the service I just received

Every worker has an attitude except the trainers. Chick helping us get fish couldnt give 2 sh*ts about it, stressed the fish out and gave us an attitude when we asked for a specific fish. We refuse to go back, without exception. Petco down the street is so much friendlier, better selection and they recognize frequent customers and their dogs.

11 miles from MacColl Field YMCA. 4 minute walk from bus stop (public transit route 11). No bike rack. If you need crickets as food for other critters, then you need to know that this store has more variety and lower prices on crickets than the competing store down the street.

They take better care of their animals than petco, which is something I can appreciate, plus plenty of things for your pets. But there is quite a bit of misinformation that they tell the consumer. Please dont trust pet store employees with pet advise.
