Julianna sounds like an idiot... You dont tarnish a business because you fail to follow the rules. Yes big dogs (like mine) go there on leashes. If I didnt have my dog on a leash, he wouldnt be allowed in either. Quit trying to pretend youre a victim when youre just ignorant... Store is great, been going there for years. My dad wanted a canary that sang after the had bought multiple from larger chains that never did, one actually laid an EGG after he paid over $100 for a male... An employee pointed out which one they saw singing a lot, and sure enough that bird sang his little heart out. Great store, good prices

I had a horrible expirence, I walked in with my cat and one of the owners told me she was supposed to be in a carrier when there was no sign in sight that said that. Then proceeded to tell me not let her go near the other animals which is totally understandable but then she assumed that I didnt take care of my cat by saying that my cat can spread diseases to other animals when in fact she gets all her vaccinations and is an indoor cat. I immediately left in rage! They let big dogs in on leashes but cant let a little car in. Stupid..

the inspector

I was sold a sick hedgehog, now normally I would assume responsibility for it but I took all of the proper precautions and interacted with her everyday. I noticed immediately that she kind of wobbled when she would get up, as it progressively got worse I looked into it and found it was a genetic disease. I purchased her (roughly $200) April 4th of this year and buried her yesterday June 14th (2months) R.I.P Puddin. They rushed me out the door and I feel as though this was why. WILL never go back again.

We took both are dogs to national pet center to have their nails clipped. Kraig did an Amazing job! Especially since one of our dogs is a pug, (we have been told by numerous groomers that they cant cut her nails because she freaks out) he cut her nails with very little struggle and done quickly. I was shocked! We have never had such luck with her! Thank you Kraig!

Amazing Service, The Enviroment was clean and simple... Every animal that I saw were amazingly healthy and awesome. I Set foot into this store to get a simple heating light bulb for my turtle, Came out with several stuff I was Beyond Excited Due to Great Service and Also Great Pricing, trust me compared to other store they are reasonable and honest.

I got a lovely little guinea pig there 7+ years ago and my little pig is still thriving! They offer regular nail clippings for her and are super helpful! sometimes they even offer special discounts! They offered us a super nice guinea pig cage with a tiny scratch on the plastic part for 50% off!!

Great store, have been going there for years. Bought 3 fenale rats there on 4/30/16 and all are very cute and friendly, but they ALL HAVE LICE. Plan on calling tomorrow as the store is closed now. Hopefully they fix the situation.
