Customer service is always excellent here. It makes you think of an old-time store the way the employees say hello to everyone and are genuinely eager to help. Their prices are competitive and they are the only place I can find to get Stella and Chewys brand of frozen raw food. Their selection of cat and dog food is great. They also have rodent good here - the usual bagged brands plus excellent quality bulk food that you can buy as much or as little of as you like. I buy guinea pig food from the self-serve bulk hoppers and have saved money buying this way. They also have fish, bird, and reptile food and supplies. They also have high quality frozen fish foods and crickets. As far as animals, they have fish, birds, rodents, and some reptiles. I have purchased fish here on multiple occasions. If they dont have what you are looking for, they can special order some things, so ask. So, to sum up, Pet Supplies Plus is a great store with friendly people.

Awesome staff. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, when they are unsure they always ask a more experienced coworker instead of giving out wrong information. They socialize with their birds which is incredibly important for the birds social behavior. They have a nice small but well kept fish area. Good birds.

I willingly travel out of my way for this store. Theyll match competitors prices, let you return what your pet doesnt like (within 30 days), their staff knows their stuff AND they carry truly healthy pet food. YAY!
