I have a 5 pound toy yorkie Puppy (7 months old). I took him here for his first groom because the price was great ($10), however I will never take him back. When i picked him up he was bleeding from his genitals a he is not Yet been neutered. For the rest of the day after I picked him up he was whimpering and shaking (i had never seen him do those things before) I figured he was just scared from his first groom and in pain from the cut. Later that week I went to the petco to pick him up a toy, and when I looked inside the groomers shop I saw them beating a bigger dog (**black with curly hair**) in the closed of section of the shop that was only visible because they had left the door half way open!!! The poor thing was crying! I have lost complete respect for this company and will never return to the particular location!

The store itself was crammed and somewhat uncomfortable, luckily a friendly employee felt the tension I had and assisted me in a very professional way. Doug made sure every need I had was met and made the extra effort to make sure I had everything I needed. His knowledge was very extensive, which made the clutter within the store seem orderly. I will go out of my way to shop there again as long as employees like this are present.

The staff was very helpful here when picking out accessories for my new additions to my family. Its very convenient to get here as it is right off a main road. Large parking area along with Walgreens Pharmacy right in the same lot. I also want to give a great thanks to the store manager who I spoke with for about 10 minutes the day before making my purchases. He was very informative and helpful to me. He aided in my final decision.

I get all of my pet supplies here. We have 3 cats and a 10 gallon fish tank. We have gotten most of our fish from here and cat supplies. They have a lot of cat trees and good selection of toys, food, and litters. The fish are very well taken care of and we always get a knowledgeable staff member to help us with them. We always see the most adorable pets that other people have which makes it a fun trip. Get a rewards card!

I brought my pup, Harvey, in to get groomed by Angelique today. She did a fantastic job- he looks, feels, and smells amazing! Not to mention, I saw him hop up on her while I was paying and she was so sweet with him. I can tell she really listened to my ideas/concerns when I dropped him off because she didnt miss a detail. Thank you so much, Angelique! Well see you again next time he needs a scrub and a cut!

I was initially hesitant to bring my puppy to a large chain store for training however, I am sure glad I did! I have been working with their trainer Molly for over 4 weeks now and Theias behavior has significantly improved. Super small class sizes really allow for one on one attention. I would recommend her to anyone with a new puppy!

There is always a line at this store. No matter what anyone is buying completing a transaction seems to take about 5x what you would expect from any other retail operation. I challenge anyone on the planet to go into this location and find a time when there isnt line. Three customers in the whole store...they are all in line.

Dont come here go to petsmart, i got a fish take and everything was thriving after 2 months. then i got a filter from petco and put it in and 1 by 1 the fish were dying, i got it tested and it was the filter that was infected, i tried to get a refund for my fish they killed, the only thing i got out of that was a extra fee

When I experience bad service somewhere, I usually take comfort in knowing that they wont recieve anymore business from me. But this place drove me to waste even more of my time writing this. Trust me youre better off spending your valuable time and money at a local store or smaller chain

Have been bringing my dogs to there to be groomed for about two years. They have always done great job, usually done by the manager Stephanie. They were nervous first few times which is only natural. I would not hesitate to recommend and I am picky about my lil babies.

We come here for our fish supplies. Sometimes they are a little short staffed but the personnel are both friendly and helpful. They also host adoption days, which is a great way to find a new pet.

Absolutely horrible at grooming, as my dog looked the same and came out so scared in which he was shaking. Very unprofessional and advise everyone not to get any dog groomed there.

The animals are kept so-so. Its sad to see the dead fish just there out in the open. The store is sometimes messy, but the staff is generally nice so thats good.

This Petco is not adequately staffed. It took 15-20 minutes for someone to come assist me. The store is clean which is why I gave it three stars instead of 2.

Had a very bad experience. The lady asked us to come back in five days for more fishes and when we went she refused to sell more than two fishes to us.

I get my doggie groomed there. They do a great job. His nails are buffed perfectly short. They even have his brand of food. Love it here.

Petco is fine. You can get some different dog foods there. But i have not had much luck with fish from Petco.
