Purchased a personal vaporizer kept the receipt and 90 Warranty card, the device malfunctioned took it to the store they gave me the run around, emailed joyetech they said the store should honor the warranty went back to smokies, they treated me like dirt said their Warranty is only 30 days even though the receipt says nothing about 30 days. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS they know nothing about the industry or good customer service after the sale

Even though I do most of my shopping online cause prices are better online. If Im ever in a need of a quick fix this the only place Ill go. Great selection of juice and mods. Staff is a little suspect, theyll try to sell you opened containers of juice. Rewards could be better, you have to spend like $200 to get like $5 on your next visit. Overall the best shop in town.

Great people there. They build a personal relationship with each of their customers & have the best selection in the county . I drive an extra 30 minutes just to shop with them. They are awesome. Should definitely start throwing flash sales or something tho lol

Just bought a boxmod and batteries. THE batteries were only half charged and not even sure if even rechargeable. IT will not charge at all and no indicator to show that its even charging Im very upset

They have authentic mods and a wide selection if premium ejuice but the staff seems uneducated about mod specs and do not build coils only use cheap ones already jigged
