Sales associates seemed friendly, but one other employee has been nothing but a condescending, rude jerk every time Ive been in there. Pathetic customer service. No need to be short and rude when youre about to make a guarenteed sale. You dont know it all. If you go here deal with the long haired guy. Him and the girl are the only two any good at working here. Go somewhere else if you have the opportunity. NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!

Great service, huge inventory on all vape and tobacco supplies. Supper helpful staff got me set up with exactly what I wanted and all I had to do was tell them a few flavors I like vaping... they may not have the specific brand I was looking for but they do have almost any kind of vape you would ever want... also huge selection of glass and RYO tobacco plus a sizeable humidor for you smokers out there.

This store is my home store. I spend at least an hour a day while at work, spent at this store, while on lunch. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and understand what is going on in the vape community. The lines of juices for vaping are priced competitively, and there is a large selection. The atmosphere is friendly, enjoyable, and filled with great people, both employees and costumers alike.

To be put simply the employee would rather be blowing vap clouds then helping someone out. I looked past the high prices since its the only store like around but bad customer service grates on a man. For example Ive been help more then once by an employee off the clock beacuse the other were "busy" with the vap counter. Ive since stopped going I can only take that so much.

This place is AMAZING they had every device I could of asked for. And the coils these guys are awesome! Couldnt ask for a better crew to help me out the one day my mod wouldnt work. They fixed it in like 2 secs, I was blown away!

I love this store ive been to other wild bills and none are as great as this one. I come in here all the time and the employees are vary helpful in everything from vape to glass to cigars. Never met nicer people in my life.

Just an amazing place; everyone should shop here and their recoiling service is vary fast. It took the balled guy like 10 min to finish the recoil on my snow wolf, if that.
