I have spent well over $1000 on glass here and there used to be a nice blonde girl who worked there and would always make everything right and the store was always running smooth with her in there and she always got me to buy glass. Now two arrogant assholes who have no concern for their customers work there , the place now smells horridly of cigarettes , they guy who talked to me when I first walked in looked like he was high on meth , he didnt say hello or even smile , he instantly started walking towards me damnding me and my girlfriend show him some identification before we can even talk to him??i planned on being a loyal customer here but after finding out that meth head man was the owner of the store , I will never be bringing my business here ever again , and will tell all my friends to avoid this place , as there are multiple other shops with better prices and friendlier staff a few miles away!!! Good job methy , hope your bad breath and even worse business habits luck in keeping your store alfoat much longer

My phone is broken and I called to check on prices of merchandise, the guy was just so absolutely rude (saying i was yelling at him and hurting his poor ears... while my phone only works on speaker until my replacement comes in) I didnt want to spend my money there after they had such an off putting attitude, Ill go elsewhere where people care, like wishbone (whos owner holds their staff to high standards), thanks! Oh and some days they lock the doors and get high instead of being a real business, heads up!

Dont buy anything electric here, nothing they have electric ( vaporizers excetera) work. I got home after buying an was upset to find out what I bought didnt work entirely! They sell broken stuff to unaware good people and wont let you return because of their store policy. Sounds like a scheme business to me. Ill never shop here again

The employee was terrible! Told us he had the right to mispronounce Arabic words because hes 4% Cuban. Also wouldnt stop talking about how bad it is that were smoking hookah. Well never be back.

Staff was not very knowledgeable on dimensions of glassware. And with their no return policy, it made things difficult, when i was sold the wrong size.
