Horrible, horrible customer service! I usually do not review places and I was taught if I do not have anything nice to say, dont say it at all. However, I have never met a more rude sales person in my life. She was condescending and gave off the impression that I was inconveniencing her. Id rather drive 100 miles for chalk paint than visit this store again. Laura, I appreciate your response and trying to find out what had happened. However, the experience that your daughter is reporting is not what had happened. When I asked for help and info on the product, she sighed and stayed in a very rude way you should take a workshop. No explanation about the product, no questions on my experience with restoring furntiture. No dialogue at all. Maybe I wouldve taken a workshop if your daughter had offered it in a polite and professional manner? I actually had an hour break and had planned on using as much of it as I could to gain any info I could. However, after your daughter was rude and obviously did not have time for me. I just wanted out of there. She did NOT offer brushes and I am thankful that you mentioned them in your response because if I had not done my research prior to coming to your store, I wouldnt have known I needed them. Please understand this post is not to bash your store but to provide you with the information that you need to better train your daughter on customer service.

Really liked this shop, but will not be shopping here again. Tried to return a $16 unopened half pint of stain. The owner said that she was unable to provide a refund because it was past 30 days, which I completely understand. However, what I dont understand is that after all the money I spent there over the past year, she was unwilling to even do an exchange for me. Very poor customer service.

The store, their products and their classes may be awesome, but they way they treat customers is horrible. We drove almost an hour just to find out that the store is closed for a vacation break. I called before leaving the house, the phone message didnt mention anything about it being closed, as well as their website didnt have any indication. Wont be coming back.

Amazing place. Im a creative human but the staff at this place had really showed me more techniques that I hadnt even heard of before ! I love the staff at this place. They are extremely helpful and their classes are extremely informative. Great place :)
