Always under staffed (almost any time of day), most employees are rude, register employees act as though its the customers fault that you had to wait in line 20 minutes . Treat customers as though they are the only fabric store in the area (which they are). Have shopped at different Joann stores for many years, the Tarentum, Pittsburgh mills store has by far the rudest employees. Which points to lousy management!!

Great sales and coupons. Other than that its a little over priced in my opinion and they dont have certain materials for outdoor gear. Employees are super nice and helpful. Idk how they get any work done because theyre constantly helping people finding items.
