Had a great guest experience at the Greengate Joanns today. Autumn in the framing department is absolutely wonderful. She knows whats she is doing. I am convinced the the notion of customer service no longer exists, but she is a rare exception. She was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. She referred to me and another woman as "guests", she called for assistance and didnt make anyone "wait until Im done." She wasnt in a rush to get back to her cell phone. And, she didnt take offense when I told her that the cost of framing items is far too expensive! I thank her for her recommendations and pleasant attitude. Please ask for Autumn and no one else if you have framing needs!

Everyone I spoke with was friendly. They tend to get busy on weekends and holidays with all the bonus coupons, but Ive yet to have a bad time. Knowledgeable staff, dont worry if you have a "stupid craft question" they dont judge, theyll take you right where you need to go.

All of the women there were very helpful and wonderful. They were never far to find either. Highly recommend going here. They answered every question I had, gave me good sound advice on sewing and I noticed that they helped each other and kept the lines down.

Large yarn and fabric selection. Great place for craft products. Not good for art products, such as watercolor, oils, pastels, etc. I have to drive to Pat Catan in Monroeville or order online to meet those needs.
