I am livid with this place!! We bought our winter cover for our pool in October and did EVERYTHING we were supposed to do and the cover shredded. We were told when we bought it that it had an 8 year prorated warranty and the first year is 100% covered. We brought the cover back in the beginning of July and were told they would order a new cover and it was no charge because it was the first year. Well, I get in there to pick it up and we are charged over $30 because they said the year isnt a year-it is a season and their season runs until April 30!! Who opens their pool in April??? PLUS WE WERE TOLD IT WAS FREE!!!!! I will NEVER buy from them again!!! Beware!!!

Not sure how this is going to go but my husband purchased a ladder system from pelican , only to find out it wont work in our pool, I looked at the receipt only to find out he was never told about the restocking fee of 30% and no cash refunds over $40 (the steps were $249.00) and you have 10 days to return them within this policy...I am not pleased about this since this was only printed on the receipt AFTER the purchase was made . CREDIT is fine but not if your not told about this prior to handing the money to them ...lets hope this goes smooth! NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS !

Convenient location for us and very close to home. We get free pool analysis and they dont push you into buying their pool chemicals, although they have the best... Pelican brand black algaecide does the trick on algae problem every summer. I bought a pool vacuum ..aguabot... after good explanation of how it works from sales rep and love it in its third season of use ... Also bought new ladies skis here in the winter and had good sales rep for that too.. If you ever would have a problem here just ask to talk to the manager... They are reasonable and professional

They Get It! I bought a hot tub from Pelican and not only were they able to delicately deliver and install my hot tub in a difficult location, they were also professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. The delivery and installation team knows what they are doing and "they get it". I had one minor problem and they first put me at ease and then were onsite quickly to fix it. If youve ever had a bad customer experience you know what I am talking about when I say, "They get it". Well done, Pelican team.

Just came back from vacation and my pool pump had died while i was away, and the pool was swamp green, went to Pelican for the first time and they hooked me up with a new Hayward filter system for $50 cheaper than i could find it online. They also tested my water and gave me some chemicals that i put in and cleared the pool up overnight. Between the friendly service and knowledgeable staff i will definitely only be using this location for all of my future pool needs.

He provided exceptional service and was very patient in answering questions. We had no prior knowledge before making this type of purchase and we appreciated Jason’s honesty and guidance. I gave my skis to pelican 4 weeks ago, they promised to finish them in 2 weeks and they have not yet called me. I have called them to ask and they keep telling me to wait. they make you pay upfront so they can just take however long they want. A 2 week job is what I paid for and I expect someone their would follow through with that promise. As of now I am Very disappointed I will being looking for a new shop next season

Do not rent skis from here. We rented 4 pairs- when we got the mountain- 3 of the bindings did not fit the boots and we had to go the their rental shop. We just went to return the skis and were told we cannot return them until October and that it was "on the contract". No one notified us of this when we rented. If we bring them back now we will lose 20% of our security deposit. Will not rent here again

So I walk in with my girlfriend who needs a new helmet, we stand for 10min talking about options as Bill stands 5ft away not once asking if we need assistance. He was staring off into space either oblivious to his customers and potential sale or creeping as if we we a shoplifting threat. No thanks Ill go to Buckmans in the future. My fiance and I needed patio furniture for our new home & housewarming party- thought we would check out the end of season sale at Pelican. A bit stressed we would not find anything in time for big party. Selection as still good and prices very competitive. Delivered next day and on time. Cant get that online, will shop local again. Will definitely go back when I can buy a Hot Tub.

Owner and contractors are the most ignorant and rude people I ha e ever met. We have been loyal customers for years and when a problem arose they did not help us at all. Our pool has been without a deck for almost a year now because of their unreliable contractors and rude customer service. I would recommend going somewhere else.
