This was my first time ever shooting sporting clays at a paid place. I have alway gone to the public range with the old Taurus thrower and a case of shell and after going to this place I am now hooked on sporting clays and cedar creek specifically. To start from the beginning a family member of mine called a week ahead and upon a employee answering the phone they said the person on the phone was very friendly, helpful and understanding to our questions and big group we had going on this outing Upon our arrival the older gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. As I said before i and no one in our group had ever done this sort of thing before so we had a lot of questions and they were all answered without any issues. We rented 3 golf carts which was super helpful with a lot of shells and guns and a nice addition to people with bad knees or any handicaps. Upon starting the course it was very well laid out and easy to find your way around. The course was very cool. A good mix of wooded and open courses. I have hunted since I was 10 years old and this will give any shooter a run for there money. There was 2 workers who drove around on utvs and made sure the throwers were full of clays and operational. If you had any issues with machines there was a phone number to call on the score chart provided however we did not have to use it since we didnt have any issues. Our large group took longer then expected to compete the course and one of the employees drove up and told us they close at 4. When we got to the last course of fire it was about 410 and when we competed the course with was 430 and we still had to turn in our carts and put our gear away. The employee at no time came out and told us to hurry up or we had to stop. When we returned to the office the older gentleman was at the register and we turned in our gear and turned in the keys to the carts. Now about 5pm. He asked how everything went and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Didnt blink an eye or mention the overage in time. In the end I drove over an hour and half to get there and would do it again any day. The place was a blast and the entire group I was with, experienced and new shooters had a smile on their face and wanted to do it again as soon as possible. Come here you wont be disappointed. Thanks cedar creek for all the help and great experience. I will be visiting again soon.

100% professionally run sporting clays course. Joe keeps things going nice and smooth. An odd phenomenon plagues these types of businesses/clubs,.... miserable people running them. Not here, the owner and staff are 100% courteous, polite, helpful and generally a pleasure to be around. Questions are answered with respect and care, the facility is clean, the grounds are well taken care , equipment is properly maintained. Whether youre a new shooter or seasoned Vet, I definitely recommend you take the time to check this place out.

If you are into shooting sporting clays, this club is definitely worth a ride. 16 hard cages, 16 fun cages in woods & fields. Great variety of targets and apparently they are changed quite often. I am going back to attend their fun shoot this weekend and am really looking forward to it!

Very nice course(s). All wireless, automatic machines. Has an beg/intermediate course or a more challenging course, whichever you prefer. Golf courts available to rent. Nice people and reasonably priced.
