The store itself is a bit small but there is a pretty good selection for women and children downstairs and men upstairs. Mostly importantly, the employees are friendly. I ordered a jacket online but when I received the item, I did not like it very much. I took it to the store hoping to return it. Turns out that if you pay with your PayPal account, you cannot return it at the store and get money or store credit back; you have to go through PayPal. However, Zach informed me that the store manager for this location is willing to let people exchange the item for something or equal or greater value. Thank you store manager! I ended up exchanging the jacket for another jacket and a hat on top of that.

I purchased a coat from here about two weeks ago and discovered that the sensor was left on I understand that these things happen but when I the customer have to prompt you the manager / sales person to apologize for the unconvinced and then you proceed to say well it could have been anybody it was some time ago ... why does that matter it was a winter coat not time to wear yet its fall!! Anyway I think he couldve handled this situation better and not been so cavalier about it . Probably wont patronize this store ever again.

A north face jacket for winter is a must have fashion! They are big enough to keep you warm and small enough to not add on 30 pounds! Love the fleece casual jackets.
