Awful service. I went here to look for a gun the a older gentleman with glasses was extremely rude to me like as if I was a burden being in the store. I stayed there for literally less than 5 minutes because of how uncomfortable he made me. The service is extremely bad. Please anyone in need of a gun drive a few more miles and go anywhere else. 209 firearms DOES NOT know the definition of customer service. I hope the man I dealt with was not the owner, if the owner ever reads this review your sales representative that fits the description of older white male glasses that works for your store may be the reason your sales can be higher. I never write reviews but he left me with a nasty taste. I will NEVER come back in 209 firearms and I will make sure everyone I know will go anywhere else.

Went there to check out some ammo, and will NEVER step foot inside this place again!.... The two guys that were there acted as though customer service was the last thing on their minds. They act like your a bother to them, and dont have a clue of how to make customers feel welcome when they walk through the door. Dont waste your time, energy or money at this place - Extremely poor manners and service.... Go spend your money somewhere youll be valued as a customer. If there was a way I could rate this place with a (-)negative, it would be -10.... Dont even waste your gas!

Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful owner, about guns and laws in the area. I recently moved to the area and believe me I have my share of judgement over the years but not here. Talked to the owner and got my questions answered. If someone is looking for the same treatment as in large stores owned by a foreign corporation then go to them. I proudly support local economy and would gladly pay more to this shop when I know it helps a business like this shop grow in my neighborhood.

The employees were total assholes. Prices are so high and they wont let you use your cellphone in the store because they dont want you looking at reasonable prices online. The employees started arguing with us about it so we left. Would not recommend this shop because they were complete jerks about it. Instead of telling me the store policy they yelled it at us and when we asked why they couldnt give us a straight answer. Terrible shop.

Owner and employees of the store were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a strict policy for no cell phones for a reason and the signs are posted all over the store. I for one took the safety class that was offered and it was definitely a good class. 5 stars to them.

No customer service. No hello or greeting. Very small selection. I was looking to restock my range ammo but the selection for ammo was very limited and I couldnt easily tell what they had. Go elsewhere.

Theyre not Dunklebergers is their slogan. $13 for 5 rounds of 20ga #4 buck, so theyre not Cabelas either. Dont bother.
