These guys are awesome. I took my bike to another close by shop as I live right down the street (from this other shop) and after a week of waiting I just had to go get my parts and go elsewhere as they werent able to do the job. Dont waste your time elsewhere, just go to Bike Line first. After picking up my bike (from the other shop) I went directly to Bike Line of Pottstown expecting a 1-2 day turnaround time, but they said they could have it done in 45 minutes. Dude, thats awesome. They called me after 45 minutes and let me know everything was good to go and ready for pick-up. My prior correspondence when trying to figure out what to do (with the other shop my bike was at) was with Chris, who was super confident and knew his staff were capable of getting the job done quickly. Eric was the one that greeted me on Saturday and got the job done. Very nice staff, quick and efficient. Then after getting home I noticed my BB bearings werent threading in as easily as they should. Didnt want to mess anything up, so went to Bike Line 15 minutes before they closed and they took care of everything on the spot. Very stoked and this shop will be getting my future business! Thanks Chris and Eric (bad with names, so if I messed that up, sorry!)

Anyone who knows me, knows that biking is my life, and that Pottstown Bike Line, is my lifeline to it. I cannot say enough good things about this little bike/ski shop. When I was looking for someone local to do repairs on my ancient bike, I stumbled upon them, and have never left the shop, unsatisfied with sales or service. I ended up buying a new bike, and the service policy to accompany it. The sales people are the mechanics, so they easily match your needs and desires with the right ride for you. They listen to their customers, and are not there just for sales, but to create happy customers, with products that achieve that end. Service is amazing, and done in a timely fashion, to keep you on the road. They are an honest and caring group of people, and I feel so lucky to have them located so conveniently close to me. Dont ever leave me Pottstown Bike Line. You cannot be replaced!!!

I have bought 3 bikes and countless components and accessories from this store over the last 5 or 6 years. Both road and mountain. I choose to buy from them because their service is great. Sometimes I can find a better price online, but I know that when I need something fixed or a part in a hurry, these guys have my back. I cant tell you how many times that gotten me out of a jam... I once had a frame problem with my Gary Fisher HiFi and was having a tough time getting it resolved with Trek. Matt, the store manager, went to bat for me insisting that Trek replace the frame. Sure enough, I got a call from Trek offering to swap out the frame or give me a substantial credit toward a new bike. Matt encouraged me to take advantage of the credit and backed it up by offering me a sweat deal on the new bike... Great shop with great service.

Just bought my first bike at 32... last new bike I had was when I was probably 12 so you can imagine I didnt know much. The friendly staff provided me with all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable enough to make the purchase on the spot! They werent trying to up sell me either - just providing the real deal on all the products, which, as a serious Googler, I verified when I got home. I also checked the prices I paid (I usually do that first) and to my pleasure, all the pricing was extremely competitive - even compared to the internet retailers! I bought the 5 year service plan and all the needed accessories. Cant wait to hit the trails! Thanks Bike Line!!!!!

Last month I had my bike checked prior to a planned week long ride and I have to commend the level of service I received. In addition to checking the normal cables, brakes and levers, I asked if they could correct an annoying rattle in my left shifter. Researching, online, indicated the rattle was common to my bike and did not have easy solution so I was not expecting a solution. However they called the manufacturer who provided a solution that silenced the rattle. This has made my rides quiet and more enjoyable. For this reason and level of advice I have received, I highly recommend the Pottstown Bike Line store.

I regularly take my bikes for service at Bike Line in Pottstown and am always satisfied. Ive never been given the run-around or a smug attitude at this place. The entire staff is friendly and willing to chat about parts, maintenance, etc, without rush or without trying to push a sale in your face. Mark the mechanic knows his stuff, as do the others. Ive yet to have a bad repair. The shop is very clean and organized. Go here for your bike maintenance and purchases. Ive been cycling and racing for more than 5 years and havent found a better shop.

I started going to Bike Line in Pottstown because of convenience; I keep returning because of the prices and employees. Ive bought a set of skis, boots, poles, 2 bikes, and a bike rack from there. Every time Im there the employees are attentive, courteous, and eager to help. The prices are competitive with what youll find elsewhere and occasionally, you can find some sweet deals on old models. Highly recommend this place!

Very helpful customer service associate. It was my first time buying a bike. We got there late because we drove about 35 minutes from Reading, PA. I did not feel rushed. He took the time to explain all of the details, fitted me for a bike, and was very relaxed and polite the entire time. I ended up buying 2 bikes. Would definitely recommend the shop to a friend as it was to me. Great overall experience!

they do all my wheels, frame work, tune ups and get your bike in and out quickly! i have been using bike line for years and am an avid road cyclist, dabbling in mountain biking would and have recommended bike line to friends. shout out to Matt, Paul and Eric!
