Amazing. My sales person was Papo Aquino, he answered all of my questions and helped me find a bike I love without going over my budget. He was helpful and friendly and I will continue to go to this location for all of my biking needs and look for him. I would recommend this location to anyone. Do not go to the Bethlehem location, it is smaller with less inventory and rude staff that will try to sell you something that is way more expensive than you want. I purchased a trek 820, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Poor service - just two members of staff on duty on a sunny saturday afternoon, not even particularly busy - two other customers. Made no attempt to multitask or ask if they could help us. Left without the two road bikes we planned to buy.... On our way to another bike shop now PS. Google maps said it was closed, should have taken that as a sign

I work with Bob for all the issues on my mountain bike. Unlike most bike shop techs, hes a mountain biker and understands the mechanical and rider issues that go along with trail riding. Another perk is that they carry multiple product lines and dont always try to sell a particular brand of accessory. Solid service and fair prices.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Im new to biking and they gave me great tips on how to start including what to watch out for while mounting the bike on my car! The bikes are a bit to advanced for my needs at the moment but Ill definitely come back after I get more into biking!

Best bike shop around - always helpful and friendly staff, great selection of trek bikes (of which I bought a new one spring 2016), and a place Ive been going to for service for years now. A buddy of mine bought a bike elsewhere, and regrets not going here.
