I have been using Cedar Bike for over 14 years now. This place is GREAT. The whole team is a great group of guys(and girls) willing to support not only the person buying the bike but many other community efforts, like little league, bike tours and the only BMX and Singletrack building. I have purchased 4 bikes so far from Cedar and sent many new cyclist to them as well, all with good results. I like the fact that they are close to me and I can stop by and give him a puzzled look as to why my bike is acting "funny". They do get to know their customers and do take good care of us. One last suggestion. Buy at a local bike shop! To put this in perspective, average bike from big box store will be rusty and parts warn in a year, due to cheaper components. I still have the first bike I purchased from Cedar/Strive 14 years ago. It has well over 4,000 miles on it. Thus a $350 bike, invested in new tires, brakes, chain, etc, over 14 years, total about $150. Total cost about $500 or .13 cents per mile. Compare that to a $250 bike from big box that last 2 years... $250, live expectancy of 2 years .44 cents per mile and you dont have a bike after two years.

I needed a new back tire for an older used bike Ive been riding while up here for work. They changed out the tire very quickly, but after the work was done and I paid them, and was about to walk out the door, I checked it and noticed it wasnt spinning just right. It was catching on the brake pad, just needed some minor adjusting. Not a big deal here at the shop, but had I driven off thinking they had completed the work correctly, I would have been 2 hours away when I noticed it. Enough reason for me to try someone else next time. On the fence about 2 or 3 stars, made it 2 since they werent very friendly either.

very helpful on my 2015 trek 3500. I have been going to place from 2006 up until this year. I will keep getting parts for my bicycle if I need parts and after market parts if I need parts. I have no problems at all with them. I would like to keep coming back if I need to.

I was very eager to purchase a bike when I walked in. I made the half hour drive and knew what I was looking for. The staff had no interest in helping me, answering my questions, or selling me a bike, so I left.

Purchased a new Trek from Cedar as well as attended one of there free training classes. Both experiences were great and I highly recommend.
