As a newbie to the cycling world, I am a bit intimidated by going into some bike shops. However, Mel and Mrs. Mel were great and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything. I was making a move to clip in pedals and they would not let me leave until they felt comfortable that I could release from the pedal which I appreciated. Mrs. Mel and I held a friendly convo as she gave me info on clubs to join in the North Jersey area while Mel serviced my bike. I just felt comfortable. The shop is filled head to toe with everything you could possible need. This is now my "go-to store.

Brought in an ancient Bianchi for a tune up. They set everything straight, including chain, cassette, cables, the works... I am thrilled with the result and the price for all the work was incredibly reasonable. Not to be lost on all of this was how quickly it was done (dropped off on Friday, ready on Monday). Ive driven by the shop a million times, never realizing what a great lbs this is. Highly recommend.

He tock his time with me amd advisede on what I should get, but notaking it seem as something i needed to do. Really a great place to go if you are new amd wantwant to buy a bike

This is an excellent, friendly bike shop; theyre knowledgeable and they work fast, but dont push you to buy things you dont need. Mel has been in the business for years and really knows his stuff, and his assistant, Kevin, is also a great bike mechanic. They are both pleasant to deal with and really go out of their way for me.

Great service. I was looking for a 4 bike carrier and they had it in stock. They even explain how it works but when i try to put my bikes on it i couldnt figure it out so they came out of the store and help me put my bikes on it. Oh and did i mention it was raining.
