Went there in search of my first road bike. I had low expectations because of the time of year with the sales and end of the model year stock would be low, also since this was only the second time I had been out seriously looking at bikes. Dennis sized me up almost immediately and had me comfortably on the bike I ended up purchasing within a few minutes of being in the store. Took the official measurements to be sure the bike fit. They gave me extra time out in their parking lot riding around to be sure it felt right. The guys at the store were all real knowledgeable and laid back, made me very comfortable, also hooked me up with a sweet deal on a Bianchi. Will definitely recommend to friends as well as be a repeat customer. Thanks Guys!

Went to both locations looking for a new road bike. Ended up getting it in the Newark store where the sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful in the proper fitment of the bike. I also liked that one of the employees actually got on his bike and rode with me for the test ride. That was great because I had some questions once the bike was in motion. I did go back to the Wilmington store for some post-purchase stuff and Tom got me all taken care of.
