The first time I went there I had a flat I was just asking how much before I knew it they fixed it within 10 minutes. I knew my bike wasnt working right and probably needed a full tuneup. I brought it Wednesday they said early next week, and they saw that look of (I know Saturdays going to be nice) I said well if its possible could I might get it Saturday. Sure if enough before noon my bike was done. Now the important part how did the bike ride after? I took it on about 12-15 mile ride through Nelson hills, and it was a different bike so much smoother, and no noise! Was so nice to ride the bike and know that it had been fixed right! I would recommend Bike Loft East, its like the bike shops of old they care about their customers

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to bicycle maintenance. I asked them to take a look at my bike because of a chain rubbing problem and they fixed that and pointed out another issue that they fixed for free. Great service.
