Over priced and a waste of time. I took my bike here to be serviced and they held it for 3 weeks and the day I came to pick it up it was apparent they didnt even look at it. Mind you I called them every other week for updates while they lied to me about things they didnt do. The guy pulled the same dusty bike I dropped off out the back and tried to make something up on the spot about what needed to be done. I told him yes, thats why I dropped it off her for you folks to fix it. It just needed new brakelines, and some grips, and was in for their prep service. All I got in return was 3 weeks of wasted time, lies, and bs. Their parts are about 10% what you kind find them elsewhere for even still I was willing to pay to get my bike in top shape and they took my bike and did nothing too it. I told them I wanted to upgrade the crank because the bolts would fall out and it slipped gears and flexed too much on trails. The guy not paying attention to anything I was informing him about was trying to persuade me to keep my 20 year old crank that highly needed to be replaced. I wouldnt trust these guys with one of those plastic playschool bikes let alone a 1K competition mountain bike. These guys stay in business because theyre one of the only bike shops in middle town but save yourself the trouble and take your bike elsewhere.

Poor customer service...the owner couldnt be bothered. I drove 40 minutes to this store based on a recommendation and was very disappointed. Was going to purchase a bike from them but decided to take my money (and recommendation) elsewhere. The only plus side is that they have a decent stock of odd and end supplies.

Took an old bike we got from a yardsale. Had to fix brakes and all the gears, guy on phone grossly under stated the price, but at least the work that was done was good. Taking another bike part to get fixed (after seeing the cost to buy it and diy, Im only saving $5-10)

Went to buy bikes for my wife and I to get into the hobby. Tim was there to help us and spent a lot of time explaining things to us and letting us try out numerous bikes. The experience was fantastic and I highly recommend Tim and this shop.

Got a tire changed for a race bike, great guys. Took the time tell me the options. Even gave the bike a free inspection with the race the next day.
