Brought my girlfriends bicycle in. Rather than just taking it off my hands and leaving me sitting in the lobby like most bike shops, instead they handed me a wrench and taught me what was wrong with it, what each part was called, handed me diagrams of how it looks assembled/disassembled, and told me how to get to working on it! Two hours later, she was road-ready and in much better shape! It cost me only a few dollars, and I know so much more about bicycles now! Ive started volunteering with them, and theyve taught me a lot about bicycles.
