GREAT SHOP! I just bought my first true real higher end (nothing too too expensive but much better then your typical walmart bike) mountain bike from them today! I got a great deal! 499.99 marked down to 399.99! It was a 2015 model but i dont care about the new stuff. They let me take it out for a spin in the parking lot and let me take my time to decide. They dont pounce on you and bother you. They give ya suggestions and trust ya to take it out for a quick test ride. Very satisfied with them and so far the bike is great! They also knocked off 10 bucks on the gloves i purchased too. Also showed me and my parents how to install the bike rack onto our car. Very very nice shop with HONEST and nice salesman. They dont try to sell you the most expensive thing in the shop which i like. I was able to take my time and make a decision and i am very satisfied with my decision at that. Great shop to stop into and i will DEFINITELY Be buying any future accessories or bikes from this shop. 10/10! Great people and service! I was also provided with a trail map of my local park and was shown some nice trails to take! Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had my road bike wheel trued here and even bought some tools at a fair price. This is a shop I will always come back to whenever I need something. [08/01/2017]: Updating my review, lowering my previous 4-star rating to 2, as I have deliberately stopped going to this store. One of the gentlemen who works there is rude and condescending to customers, presumably to non-whites. Wont go into detail because I have moved on and just stopped patronizing this shop. With the convenience of online shopping this is not a big blow to me.

Like another reviewer has stated I also found the owner dismissive. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt (ala soup nazi), if he gave me great service. I brought my bike to have my front derailleur adjusted and I explained the issue I was having and their service actually made it worse for $60. I took it home adjusted it myself (first time I attempted this) and had much better results.

Paid $60 for a tune up ($40 with coupon) and all they did was lube the chain and tighten the derailleurs. No new brake pads, the handlebars are still misaligned with front wheel, tire pressure not right, and nothing else was cleaned, tightened, or lubricated. Plus they were very unfriendly. Then on top of it all they charged me $10 extra to fix a bent gear. What a joke!

I found the team at DBS extremely helpful, welcoming and also the pricing is more reasonable than some of the other bike stores. They were great!
