The purpose of this letter is to dispute an unauthorized $400 charge from Elegant Furniture for the items Model NO. 6284. On May 18, 2013 I purchased coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs from your store for $700. I paid the store in full and got my receipt. The sale man who sold me the furniture was Adam and he even wrote in red paid on my receipt. After the delivery of the items I noticed the store had charged my debit card an additional $400 that I did not authorize. The charge was posted to my bank account on May 22. I called the store many times trying to get a refund. When the store did not refund my money I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. My bank rejected my claim because your store provided a receipt to my bank that says the tables and the 6 chair were sold to me for the $400 dollars that I thought Elegant Furniture had charged me illegally and not the $700 that I authorized. This store charged my bank card without my permission. When I disputed the charge the store owner forged my signature on a different receipt. It is a good thing I kept my original receipts.

SO unprofessional and the biggest liars about everything, took them a week and a half to bring me my chair for my dinette set after I went back and forth with them to bring I never backed down on the item I purchased!! Never will we spend our money here NEVER!! BEWARE PEOPLE BEWARE!

Took my mothers money and was told the company changed owners and took their files with them. Would not honor recipes or give her a refund. Contact numbers lead to dead ends. They are crooks and cant keep getting away with this in neighborhoods! Charges will be filed.
