Beware. They jack up their prices during sales to make it seem like youre getting a good deal. I purposely called them out on it and they wouldnt honor the discounted price it was marked at the day before. My last purchase from them was delivered and the driver dinged up my wall. Said Id get a call from the store manager the next day. It took me 6 phone calls, several weeks and a visit to the showroom to get a true answer from anyone. Management is terrible. They laughed in my face when I asked for help. Im not one to complain but when you get terrible service like this, you dont want others to go through the same thing. I found the EXACT same furniture set at another big name furniture store for a third of the price and the service was a trillion times better. Thanks to the Jenkintown Raymour & Flanigan store and their childish level of service/management, I will never set foot in their store ever again. Dont make the same mistake I made!

Awful experience ever in this shop. Everything is fine until there is a problem. We bought a Leather (in theory it was 100% leather where the body touched) livingroom set. After less than 5 months the color started to fade in several spots. The tech that came corroborated those findings and said that it happened before with that set. After that the nightmare begins. We received calls from customer center telling us lies, the supervisors passed the ball to each other (so far I talked with 4. 2 from inside the store and 2 from somewhere else). The only thing that is going to get our money back is the credit card dispute with american express. If you buy from this shop please be very careful and BUY WITH CREDIT CARD so that you can always dispute the charge or otherwise you will see no money back when they sell you their defective merchandise.
