I spent almost a thousand dollars on a bunk bed. After being told they couldnt put it together because DHS wouldnt allow which was total bull I finally got my bed after 2 weeks wait. When I got the bed it was placing pieces. I called the store who told me to call customer service which was closed because it was Saturday. I called the following week and was promised my part by the end of the week. I went to pick it up and it was the wrong part. I was told it will be another week to get it. I call this morning to the store and the warehouse and got an attitude like Im bothering them. Im the one with a thousand dollar bed I cant use. I have a whole house and my daughters new apartment to furnish and Id rather sit and sleep on the floor before I give this place a penny more. Anyone I hear of needing furniture I will make sure they no to stay away from this and any other Home Gallery.

Cha-Cha was VERY welcoming and helpful! I wanted to keep the money in my community by shopping with home gallery furniture and Im glad I did. Their prices were reasonable and sales associates were extremely helpful! I look forward to shopping with them again!

Theyre only get one star for having good furniture, everything else is awful. Theyre ghetto and unorganized. Im sure you can find a better furniture store with the same furniture but with better service....Never Again!
