I have done business with this store two times in the past. On my latest purchase nothing but problems. They tried to push back my delivery because they didnt order my headboard, footboard and rails on time a week later. Then was told that I would have everything in four days. Call them and they didnt get the rails made for the bed I ordered and they told me that their delivery guys dont work on Fridays and I would have to wait until Saturday or Sunday for delivery a week after I got the bedding and not my other stuff. I got pissed off and told them that I would pick up my own stuff today 9/9/16. They dont have to worry about me they wont see me, my money or anyone I know again.

I purchased a very lovely living room queen-sized sofa bed set from this particular American Furniture and was very dissatisfied when I discovered prior to leaving the store that they tried to charge me Philadelphias sales tax (8%), when in fact the store is located right on the opposite side of the street when Philadelphia ends and Montgomery County begins. The Montgomery County sales tax is 6%. That was a significant difference. They were even apologetic. I should give 2 stars factoring in the customer service, however the furniture purchased is of very good quality and reasonably priced.

Please stop distributing your paper ads as trash on my lawn. I will never shop at an establishment that puts this stuff on my door or lawn and it becomes trash that blows all over the neighborhood. There are many other ways to advertise. I tried to post this on your website but the contact us drop down doesnt work.

I purchased from this place a few times and each time theres been a problem, either the furniture isnt in when its supposed to be or the last time they put a knob on my dresser that didnt match because they couldnt find the one that came with it.! Oh and the prices change depending on who you talk to.

There terrible my recliner broke in a week an I get the run around ,with a 5 year warranty that I had to pay extra ,dont waste your money on this cheap furniture
