Very horrible service. I bought a bmx there and was not happy with my purchase. I only rode it ONCE and the would not give me my money back. The employee was nice. I asked him to speak to the owner. The owner told me in a rude way " buying that bike was not my life decision it was yours so, I cant help you. " then he hung up. Again will never purchase a bike or any accessories from this store ever again. I was planing to buy a mountain bike but Ill go to another place. Worst decision of my life going there. Im warning dont go there

Excellent customer service! They fixed issues on my bike that other bike shops repeatedly failed to get right. And when my son-in-law came to town from the west coast they rented him a very nice road bike for the day.
