Freeride is the type of local bike shop (LBS) that most of us can only hope of having in our neighborhoods. First, super knowledgeable, personable staff, as well as quick service. On the down side, it doesnt have the largest selection but it seems that they can order your stuff and have it within a day or two. They dont cater to one specific type of bike rider, but they do have a little of just about everything. I went to Freeride with the intention of buying a few necessary items and wound up spending the better part of an hour speaking with the owner about bikes, boards riding and life. VERY DISAPOINTED!!! my sons and I took 2 bikes to freeride on sunday the 22, based on reviews we read here and other places. after 3 day we were called and told bikes done, both I asked, hold please, no forgot you brought 2...ok called next day bikes are done.... hmmm for 59 dollar tune up and 20 to true a wheel(which still stops after 1 spin) just what was done very, very little!!! bike 2 yes brake canble replaced brakes adjusted but now a screech from front wheel while riding!! again hmmm what was done????? again id say very little, $159.13 later bikes marginally I better(/) shape

This place is top notch in terms of service! Pasquale went above and beyond in finding new wheels for me, I asked if I could get some colored rims for my road bike and he searched all over and found some SICK red wheels for me. He even put on new grip tape for me to match, this guy knows his stuff and will go the extra mile to help you out. Highly Recommend Freeride if you need a new bike or need work done on your bike! This guy is a legend.

I wish I could give more stars!!!!!! Amazing! The owner is beyond helpful and wonderful. felt like I was hanging out at a friends! He got me ready for my last triathlon and made me feel at home! I cant forget that the price for what he did with the tune up was so fair I was speechless. I killed the race and cant wait to get into the next race and buy my next bike from freeride Sports in Haddonfield. Thanks P for all you do!!!!!

Great shop! I was so happy to walk into a store that had great bikes, excellent customer service, and an understanding of our needs. Pasquale was great with my 9 year old. We found a bike that fit perfectly. We will definitely be coming back for tune ups and future purchases! Thanks Freeride Sports! You guys ROCK!

Cant say enough GOOD about this place. The biggest thing is that they are very service-oriented, very attentive, open to chatting. Nice guys, clearly not trying to upsell or rip you off! Great mechanical services and knowledge of the industry. Give them a try!
