Had a very bad experience with these guys. I never actually got to rent from them because they wouldnt take a reservation. This, despite them having a form on their website just for that purpose. When I called to leave a deposit, I was told that what I wanted was outside of their reservation rules. When I said that their rules were not posted and asked for an exception, they refused. No problem, I got my reservation from the shop a few blocks away, refusing to do business with them.

Great customer service with an outstanding staff! Very knowledgeable about local attractions and the bike trail to Lewes. Quick friendly service with a smile even during the height of the season. You can even book your reservation on-line and they call with a follow up to ensure everything is set. Overall a great experience!

Bikes were in excellent condition. They gave us a map with a loop following Junction and Breakwater railtrail to Lewes, then back through Henlopen State Park through the dunes and around the Gordon Pond Wildlife Area. Beautiful ride, we will be back for more.

Overcharged us. Stated that we left at 11:30 although we left at 11:45. The time discrepancy was because we waited 15 minutes to pay, watched the computer crash, and then they said we can pay after returning.
