From the moment my wife and I walked in the door we felt completely at home in this shop. Being from Philly, and having recently moved to the area, I was a little apprehensive going to Doylestown, but I am totally glad I did. The staff were absolutely amazing! We were offered free coffee, brownies, and cookies while we shopped. At one point the owner stopped in, and greeted us as though we were old friends that had not seen one another for some time. The prices were really affordable, with a great selection of cycling gear. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

I walked into Bike Works with only a few ideas on what I may have wanted and needed as a commuting student. Within an hour, I walked out with a full understanding of the bike I bought and the great services Bike Works provides. This place is awesome, and the people are super nice and helpful. They work with you to find the bike you want and that is right for you. Bonus: The history of the shop is cool, too, so ask about that while youre there.

One of if not the best in the area. These guys are top notch and deliver when they promise it on time, every time. Dropped off my bike on a Wednesday and got the phone call its done on a friday. Amazing, professional and easy going. Dan is probably one of the best bike mechanics Ive ever had. He fixed some issues with my ride that others couldnt. I will continue sending my bike there for service and maintenance.

As soon as you walk in the door people ask if they can help. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they all ride as well so the know of what they speak! Purchased 2 bikes over the last year from them and they set them up perfect. 700 miles and took it in just for a look over, Zero problems. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I commute via electric bike for work and they go out of their way ALWAYS to help me and make sure my bike is safe and well maintained. Numerous times, they have picked up my bikes, fixed them and returned them same day! The guys are all so knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!
