I initially contacted Pure Energy for help with boxing up bikes and shipping them abroad. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I inquired about purchasing a new bike on a short timeframe, they were very responsive -- ordering a bike from the manufacturer for delivery to the store the next day. They put it together for me, fit me to it, and then helped take it apart and box it up, all within the span of a couple days! This was already outstanding service -- but even after I moved abroad, I called Arounkone for help on a particular issue and he provided me with timely assistance. I would recommend this shop without reservation -- they will be helpful and informative, and though you may not intend to purchase a bike them, you might end up doing so just because its worth buying from a shop you trust.

These guys are amazing. They saw me trying to put my bike together in the parking lot to ride with my group and they offered us a deal for me to rent my bike as well. In addition to that, the bikes are top notch and dont make you stick out as tourists. Will definitely come back.
