I came to Wheelies with my bike to get the hub cleaned and regreased. I was told that it would cost $35 and they would contact me if it went over that. Then they called me the next day, saying I needed a bottom bracket overhaul for $40, headset adjustment for $20, hub adjustment for $15, new chain for $25, and new cassette for $30. Although my bike is pretty beat up, it was clear that I didnt need any of these things. Plus, I had recently adjusted my headset, and liked it where it was. Im sure their service is great and the pickup/delivery is very convenient. But dont get fooled into getting more than you need to, even though the pricing is reasonable.

I absolutely recommend Wheelies for all your bicycle needs! Larry McDonald is a solid citizen and dedicated to his craft and is a pillar in the community. I have purchased bikes from Wheelies as well as had repairs and purchased accessories. I have recommended Wheelies to many of my friends and clients and everyone has been more than satisfied. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and NEVER tries to up sell you on anything that is not necessary to make your ride as safe as possible.

These owners are the perfect example of why we should support our local businesses. Not only do they make house calls, but they are kind and caring. When a family member was diagnosed with a crippling disease, they helped us find ways that allowed him to continue riding. Their sense of community is exceptional. Bought two bicycles and both were great. Staff was helpful and professional. They help with problems and solve them right away. They have a great choice of bicycles and accessories. They even sold my old bicycle which helped with the purchase of my new one. This is a great merchant to purchase a bicycle through and they will help you get the bicycle you need and want.

The service department is not very knowledgeable. If you are an advance level cyclist, do not bring your bike in for service, this guys do not know how to work on your bike. They managed to messed up simple bike repairs and in the process they scratched a carbon fiber frame, installed parts backwards.

What a fantastic store with exceptional service! Ive been using Wheelies for several years. The owners provide the best service around. Once, my sons tire went flat when he was riding far from home. Wheelies fixed it for him for free and sent him on his way. Great service, great prices, great people.
