If I can give more than 5 stars I would! This place is beyond amazing. I love supporting local businesses, Charlie (owner) was there to greet me my first time arriving at their bike shop, he asked me very thorough questions, what I was looking for, my budget, and suggested some bikes that might fit with what I was looking for. He told me to try the bikes out right outside of their shop for as long as I want. I ended up with a beautiful Fuji bike. They are so knowledgeable there! Unlike some bigger retail stores they really love their jobs and really know what they are talking about. About a week after, I found that my needs were not met with the bike I bought. I wanted more speed and a lighter weight bike. So I came back to the shop and Joe greeted me. From start to finish Joe was excellent and was so helpful for helping me find a bike that suits my needs. Charlie the owner was super understanding and honored an exchange, my new bike was a little cheaper than the first one so they added all the accessories/tools that I needed so it matched the price I paid for before. As per their policy they allow exchange/store credit but no refunds which is very clear before you purchase anything from their store. I was so grateful they arent people who just want to make a buck, but truly care for the community and their customers. Lifelong customer here :) I highly suggest going there. Their prices are great but whats priceless is the smiles and amazing customer service they provide.

Phenomenal experience here. I have bought 6 bikes here in the past two years and I have been super appreciative of the personalized service, attention, and attitude. The owner here is super helpful and willing to share ideas and come up with solutions if you cant find what you want. When I ordered bikes, they called and let me know when the bikes were in the I was able to pick them up early.
