So I bought a green Surrey from this dealer in 2016 expecting to take delivery in the spring of 2017 (I wanted them to store it for winter). I put 1000.00 up frnt to hold and paid the other 1200.00 when I finally got a hold of someone. These folks never called me back or emailed me. I only got a partial refund of the 1200.00 from my credit card company. So I am still out the grand, no surrey, and I have a 1000.00 credit for a bike shop that doesnt call back or ship. Total scam artists do not do business with these people.

Bought a bike for my husband, was very smooth sailing. It broke only the second time he rode it, which is probably just due to a loose bolt or something. I took the bike back and the place was mobbed on a Sunday afternoon. I was helped and back out in less than 10 mins and am extremely pleased with the level of service. Pays to shop local.
