Owner is incredibly knowledgeable. I took a 20-year old mountain bike here for service after other vendors told me to scrap it and buy new. Charlie replaced some cables and performed the maintenance package, and this bike works great again! Since then, Ive taken all the family bikes here for service and annual maintenance. We even bought a used road bike at a garage sale (for triathlon-training) and Charlie was able to find the right parts/tubes and tune it right up. It worked great and the lady loved using it for her 1st sprint-tri. Great small business.

Great shop. Great service. Charlie is attentive and exceptional customer service. Listens carefully to what you need. Never oversells or pushes you to purchase. Wide range of bikes and accessories for the young to old. A very comfortable buying process each time. Have purchased several bikes throughout the years, by far this store was the best! Very satisfied with bike and service. Fast too! Just had 2 inner tubes replaced and Charlie had them done within 2 hours on a busy weekend! Refreshing to find a business with integrity.

Used this shop many years ago when it was at a different address. Charlie was always great. Helpful, knowledgeable and really listened to what you wanted. Honest, trust worthy. Recently used a different bike shop because I try to shop local and a new place opened up in my town. What a mistake. Lesson learned. I am right back to Economy Bike Shop and will never go anyplace else. This place is the best so dont even bother shopping around, you will regret it like I did.

Completed repairs on my bike at a very good price. Other bike shop I been to in the area were over priced and were not personable. Charlie was great help and seemed to know what he was talking about. He helped me pick out my first skateboard (I being a beginner). Although if you have a certain idea of what you want, most likely, you wont be able to get it. Charlie really only has plan b, element, and I believe zero. I suggest using his selection if you are looking for a good board of no particular designs.

This place is great! They built out that I bought at another store in just a few hours at a very reasonable price, and they fixed my wifes bike the same day that I called. THe guys here are really, professional and talented. My only regret is that I didnt buy my bike from them in the first place.

Wow! Quick, mechanically clever, friendly , and great price. Even though I dont live close by, I will make it my business to have my bike work done there. I tried really hard to detect any cigarette smoke, but was unsuccessful.

Economy Bike Shop is THE BEST around. Charlie is reliable, knows bikes and skateboards, and most of all he WONT RIP YOU OFF. Folks in Mercer County who go to Bernies make a HUGE mistake. Take it from me, ECONOMY is the place!!!

Charlie is a great guy, will stop what hes doing (usually repairing bikes) to answer any questions you have. Doesnt try to upsell the world, but will offer great advice when needed.

If you know what youre doing, just go to Walmart or Craigslist for bikes/ parts/ accessories because this store is over priced.
