Throughout my teens I had worked at the competitor bike shop in the same town. When my time was coming to an end there I purchased a bike. 10 years later its time for an upgrade from my old creaky steed. Unfortunetly my old shop has long since closed down. The Bicycle Doctor has been around for as long as I can remember and Ive yet to hear anything negative about the shop. So logically I took a trip over and spent a fair amount of time with Rich (the owner) going over the models and what would fit my needs. It was nice to have someone that actually listened and spent the time needed to find the proper fitment. I must say I wasnt an easy customer but he never lost patience for me or gave me a cold shoulder. This is a complete 180° change from what Ive come to expect from Joe Fix Its. Its nice to know that customer service still exists. Rich at The Bicycle Doctor, youve earned a customer for life! Im glad I bought local. Well worth it. Thanks guys!

Went to two other shops before stopping here. Rich greeted me as I was walking in and helped me pick out a bike that would suit my needs. He is very personable and has a laid back demeanor. He wasnt trying to up sell me into something I didnt need. We discussed the bike, he let me take it for a spin around the block and adjusted it so it fits me perfectly. He has a nice selection of bikes and accessories and the staff are very passionate about cycling. I will definitely be a repeat customer. A+++

Great customer service, Rich knows his stuff, when I went to get my first serious bike, I did a lot of research on my own, but he definitely sold me on it, I appreciate his expertise and knowledge so much that Ill soon will go get my road bike and my sons first serious bike. They had made not just one customer for life but a whole family.
