Purchased my Specialized Sirrus here February 03, 2014. Bike has been my primary form of transportation since. My bicycle was sounding weird, rear wheel needed truing, and wasnt shifting properly. Stopped by AAAA Bike Shop on Friday and Mike Wiesen (owner) put it on a stand tightened the crank and solved the noise problem immediately! He was running the store by himself, and asked me to come back next day when the rest of his team was available. Brought it in Saturday morning, Mike told me it would be available by noon, I had work so left it overnight. Went to AAAA Bike Shop the following day to pick up my bike, Mike approached me immediately and told me bike was ready and I was good to go. Experience could not have been better.

Very polite with customers! Customer service is fantastic! When you need them, theyre there to assist you at anytime! Very helpful! Great price! Great deals! Mike weisen the owner is a charmer! Very funny and pleasing at the the same time! Makes you feel pleased for your service with them! He recommends great routes for biking, and safe ones as well. Ive been a customer with the AAAA bike shop since I was born practically! And I continue to only shop at their store, and dont plan on going anywheres if I need a bike, or rapairments on one! Highly recommended!!!!

Always nice and friendly service Ive bought 3 bikes there (2 got stolen...my fault) my latest bike I bring for check ups most recently my back tire was wobbling I believe someone clipped it while locked to a handicapped sign out side K-mart. I took it in Mike had a rim said he could fix it in 30 min. I expected to be leave it there and come get it when the rim came in not the case. I totally recommend the AAAA Bike Shop to anyone with bicycle needs.

my wife and i stopped in last week to look at bikes. we were greeted and treated awesome. we were given the opportunity to tryout a few bikes. never any hard sell BS. it was actually fun from the start. i went back today and decided to buy a pair of specialized roll bikes. i brought my old bikes and was given a very fair trade in price which made the deal even better. this is my new bike shop. thanks to everyone who made buying a bike fun again!!

These guys are true cyclists and really get it. They spent time on the phone explaining things to me without even the slightest hint of salesmanship. Upon arrival at the well-stocked store, they were friendly and never gave the hard sell. Very easy to work with, unlike so many local bike shops these days. If I werent passing through on vacation, this would be my sole LBS.

The atmosphere of this bike shop is amazing. The staff are very knowledgable and you can tell the owner really cares about his customers. The mechanics in the shop are very quick and know exactly what theyre doing. No matter the kind of bike you have, you can trust it in their hands. I highly recommend this shop if youre in the area.
