The bike repair staff should work for a NASCAR pit crew. They are that fast and that knowledgeable. Called the store at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon. Was told, "We close at 5, but if you come over now, we will fix your sons bike." Didnt even have to take the bike off of the car rack. Repair guy removed the wheel, showed me where the tube had worn through, installed a new tube and replaced the wheel on the bike in minutes. Then at no charge, he adjusted the chain, the levers and the brakes on the bike. $14 bucks and I was out the door. It was so nice to go to a vacation area and get world class service without being overcharged. Highly recommend you give these folks a shot at your business when you are in Ocean City.

I spend every summer at Ocean City, and every year I rent my bike from Ocean City Bicycle Center. I am always greeted with a smiling face, get excellent customer service every time, not to mention the unbeatable prices. Dont be fooled by the competition down the street. Ive tried all of them, and Ocean City Bikes has prices far below the competition, and they cant hold a candle to their customer service.

Fantastic Bike Rental and Repair shop. Knowledgeable employees who are also very friendly. Prices are very reasonable for rentals and bike repairs. The bike mechanic is top notch. Repairs and/or tune ups take more than an hour which is awesome. A+ employees, bikes, and service.

Staff was personable and helpful. There was no shortage of bikes and surreys for rent and we were on our way within minutes. An hour on a surrey was more than enough time to ride the length of the boardwalk several times and was very fairly priced.
