I called these calls during a Trek Bike sale. I wanted to put a deposit on a Trek Emonda SL 6 (Roughly a 3K bike) over the phone to lock down the sale price. However, the person I spoke to told me to just come in and that they would take my order. I told him that I wouldnt be able to until later in the week. He neglected to tell me that the sale was ending the same day. When I went to the store, one of the store owners told me that the sale ended on Monday and that they could not go back on the price. Ive purchased a bike from these guys before, but this is the last time I step into this store. They lost my business. I almost feel as if they purposely didnt tell me that their sale would be over just to get me to buy the bike at a higher price.

Great service. They have been very helpful in educating me about my bike from selection (they suggested a Trek 7.4 FX and I love it) to being patient in teaching me how to maintain it even with my adventures in blown inner tubes. Joe has been professional and personable. I have gone from being an occasional biker to a bicycle commuter with there help. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. $18 to repair flats. He also sells refurbished and used bikes. Barry is a real gentleman and very helpful. He goes out if his way to explain his recommendations. Tyler is really friendly who can fix flat in 5 minutes on the front wheel. He took me in last minute to repair the bike.

Got my TREK there over 10 years ago and she is still going strong. They were really helpful in trying out different models and sizes. Still happy with my purchase years later. Also purchased the service plan and bring it in every so often for service at either this site or the Matawan location

Went in to get a pump & some shoes for my road bike that match my spd pedals I just bought. Service was great and the guy at the register pointed out that I picked up the wrong pump after Id cashed out and didnt sweat the $5 difference.

Two things: poor customer service skills and overpriced models. I purchased the same Cannondale quick 6 female version for $100 cheaper, than the store owner had to offer, in New Brunswick.
