The store has a large selection of bikes and biking accessories. So does the internet. I came to the store so that I could talk to a person and get advice on selecting a bike. However, the customer service I experienced was very poor. When I first asked to be helped, I was told to go upstairs and look around. So after after 10 minutes of walking in circles looking at the bikes I was still actually no closer to understanding what differentiated one bike from the other except the price tag. So I went back down and asked someone else for help. He responded to head back up and that he would meet me there in a minute. After another 10 minutes of walking in circles/standing around waiting he was still nowhere. After this I just left the store.

My family and I have been customers for years. I brought my bike in for a tune-up. Long story short, when I went to pick up the bike my new gel comfort seat cover that was on my bike had been removed. When I inquired about where it was, no one knew anything. "Oh, well give you another one"; after waiting for them to get around to it, someone came outside and put a seat cover on. I have no idea what kind of seat cover it is. I have no idea if it is as comfortable as the one I had. They just put it on and walked away. My family and I will be taking our business else where.

Disappointed in this store after being a customer for years. Very little post-purchase support, rude salespeople. Bought a bike at the end of the business day, they told me to bring it back to have it adjusted when theyd be open again. Brought it back a few days later and they wanted to charge me to make the adjustments on the bike that they originally said would be free. They have always charge ridiculous prices, but this is beyond the realm of acceptable.

I bought my first bike from here 20+ years ago, and still go here for parts and help. Parts are high quality, prices are good, and the staff is very competent. Recently I have gone here to replace a chain and to fix a flat tire. The chain was a cheap internet buy. Both times they walked me through the process of replacing the part and how to keep it clean. Not as cheap as the internet, but you will only have to buy something once. Highly Recommend it.

My wife and I hit up Joes during a weekend visit to the area. The staff was friendly, and genuine. That is a slice of Americana, let me tell you. After our rental and nice ride on the Heritage Trail, we bought a new bike for our daughter and a t-shirt for me.
