I have lived in this area my entire life and this bike shop usually has great stuff but i always knew it was very expensive. I got into an accident and i took my bike there to have an estimate done on the damage for the insurance company and they wanted $80 for that. I could understand paying $80 for some actual work done or some parts but $80 just to tell me how much its gonna cost is crazy. Good selection of bikes, horrible customer service, especially since i was a repeat customer

The best bike shop in ALL NYC. Anita is the master of masters in every single aspect (25 years of exp) , her customer service is warm-hearted, kind and generous. They posses all kind of brands GT, TREK, GIANT, ETC and all the accessories right when you need (People do need to pay for shipping and handling). You will accomplish more by going to CIGI BICICLE SHOP .... AND YES! I am so happy because they help me on my Giant and now my Trek and I can not wait to go back and get my #3.

The attendant is very rude i dont mind if he is the owner here in jackson heights..bad image for your service.. He lack the skill of customer service and people communication. It was my first visit and it will be the last. Nyc bikers should avoid these particular branch.. It is better to pay extra for a good service and respectable impression.

I have experience with bike parts and I needed a lognut for my babys stroller. This was the first place that apparead on the map and the owner sold me a little lognut for $3 USD. Thats an abuse when in my bike shop in Mexico we sell them by pair and costs $5 MXN. I would never go back!

very bad customer service & expensive. They were charging me 45 dollars for a rear derailleur & I found the exact same one on amazon for 20 dollars. The owner was very blunt on the phone & person & made me not want to go there ever again.
