In need of some air, as my tires were close to flat. I asked older fella who works there to use a tire pump/compressor as a nice gesture. Noticing the support the shop gives police/ volunteer workers, Its a welcoming environment. He was not to fond of letting me use his equipment, and I felt as if he was being rude to me and a little judgmental telling me to pay $2 for air which should be free..We breathe air to stay alive for heaven sake... So i proceeded homeward on flat tires. I feel what goes around comes around and its only fair for me to give someone a heads up for the next time you may need to use this shop, dont expect much of out this little shop, as my first experience was not a memorable one.

There are local shops that try to build a good reputation with customers, friendly, willing to help out...THIS IS NOT THAT SHOP! This is a bike rental and repair shop that wont fill a persons tire with air...that wont help out with a part number without a charge. The day could have ended very differently but instead of earning a customer that would talk him up and refer people, his first review is negative. A little kindness goes a long way.

Had a great experience here. We tried out several bikes and the owner spent the time adjusting each bike we wanted to test. We purchased 2 great bikes, and had a fun time talking to owner (John). We looked up the bikes after at several other places and found that we got a good deal. Local store, fun owner, convenient, fair price and free adjustments on the bike!

After spending money on an overpriced tube for my fat bike, I asked if the owner would add a few psi of air to my rear tire to get me home (I had a pump in my backpack, but was lazy). His response? "I dont loan service, I sell service". Thats right, he wouldnt even add a bit of air to a customers tire. Buyer beware.

Very CRANKY old guy! Went in to buy a new seat, seemed like I was interrupting his day. Then when I could not pay in cash he went into a FIT (walking around waving his arms and yelling), He actually scared my girlfriend, we just walked out.

Not a good bike shop. Very cranky worker. Has no respect toward the customer. Overpriced. Tries to charge customers for air when the gas station gives you free air
