My first time there was to have a bike tuned up that was purchased at another store. My wife and I were greeted by a extremely friendly gentleman that is the owner. His passion for the bicycle was obvious once our conversation began. He examined the bike , made suggestions based upon my wifes input and gave us a very fair estimate. The work was performed when promised at the price quoted. You just cant get this kind of old world service from big stores. I was and am so impressed with the service and knowledge that I will be returning to purchase our next bicycle from Bike Pad.
