I have been renting from Surf Buggy since 2008. They sent me an email offering 20% off if I put in my order by 2/19. I filled out the form on 2/17. When a couple weeks went by and I didnt hear back I called to see what was up. I was told there was no record of my reservation. As I have used this form the last three years, and am pretty computer savvy, I figured it must have been a glitch in your system. I asked to have the 20% discount honored as I did fill the form out before 2/19. I was told by the woman who answered "probably not, but I will ask." She called back and left a message that they would not honor the 20% discount. As I believe the error was in their system, and I know I filled out and submitted the form I am taken aback that they would not take better care of a returning customer. To refuse to take my word on this they are calling my integrity into question as well as providing terrible customer service. As a result I will not be renting for Surf Buggy again or in the future.
