Not impressed. Her name was too unique/foreign for me to remember it and she didnt have a name tag. Signed us up for a financing account without telling us that was what she was doing. Now we have to call to cancel it. Then she tried charging us the full price for an item that was on sale. Kept trying to sell us jewelry after we politely said multiple times we were not interested in anything else beyond what we came for. Ive gotten things from Kay before with a much more positive experience than what we had today.
