We stopped in looking at engagement rings and had the most helpful, knowledgeable person wait on us while looking at engagement rings. She was very knowledgeable and exerted no pressure at all. There is a nice inventory of many unique items. We did return and decided to buy the perfect ring with the perfect stone. The price paid was very fair. I also appreciate that this is a family business and not one owned by a multinational corporation. When we bought the ring one of the owners came out and thanked us and we had a nice talk. Bottom line: great selection and great service.

This place is a rip off. My band came in 3 days before our wedding(their mistake). It looked different paired with my engagement ring, than when I initially tried it on in the store. It was too late to do anything about at that point because the ring obviously needs to be blessed at the wedding. They didnt give a discount despite their mistake. I also have seen several bands since that are exactly the same and literally half the price. Have something custom made. It will still be less expensive than what you pay at I Gorman.

In April of 2014 I purchased my fiancees engagement ring from iGorman while working with Allison - she was attentive and listened carefully to make sure that I selected the right ring. She was also not pushy and made sure I left with photos of the ring in my email inbox so that I could talk to my fiancees mother before purchasing the ring. iGormans warranty is amazing and Allison has cleaned and polished my fiancees ring multiple times. When you arrived customers are always greeted with a smile!

I had a very positive experience buying a pearl engagement ring at I Gorman. Nicole was very friendly and helpful, making good suggestions while letting me make the decisions. The end product turned out really beautiful and my fiancée really likes it. Moreover, when I contacted them more recently about finding insurance for the ring their response was quick, friendly and helpful. When it comes time to buy wedding bands in a few months, well be heading back to I Gorman.

Great Experience! The selection is huge, the quality of the jewelry is great, and the customer service is by far the best! Their website shows mostly modern styles of jewelry but their in-store selection also has a lot of traditional items as well. Just go to the store and see for yourself how great this place is.
