I just want to let you know the helzberg location at pentagon city has very ignorant and homophobic staff. My fiancé and I just left very upset and anger because we were treated like second class citizens. We wanted to go in and buy bands for our rings and the women that helped us first had no idea what we meant by contour so passed us on to someone else so she could help another couple. Then the lady that helped us continued to question us on how many bands we were buying when we clearly stated over 5 times two of the same bands! Then once we decided on our band she went to attend to another couple and comes back to us to hurry us in making our decision and pay. I refused to be rushed in making a purchase and I am really disappointed in the service I received since we both bought our engagement rings at a helzburg location!
